Sit & Stay is an in-home board and train experience designed for dogs who thrive with consistency, calm structure, and real-life practice. While you’re away, I travel to your home, live with your dog, and provide full-time care combined with personalized training in the environment they know best.

Rather than removing your dog from their routine, training is woven naturally into each day. We focus on the goals that matter most to you, such as manners, leash skills, greetings, impulse control, and calm behavior around everyday distractions.

Because I’m present throughout the stay, your dog receives consistent guidance, hands-on practice, and one-on-one attention in real-world scenarios. This creates meaningful progress that carries over smoothly when you return home.

Hi, I’m Courtney

I’m a professional dog trainer at Baxter and Bella, with over eight years of experience in positive reinforcement-based training methods. Unlike traditional board and train programs, where your dog has to leave the home, I bring the training to you, I travel to your home, stay with your dog, and provide consistent care and training right in their own environment.

A little about me: I’m a nomadic traveler. I live life on the move, whether it’s exploring new destinations for fun or traveling across the globe to care for and train pets. This lifestyle gives me the unique ability to combine my love of travel with my passion for helping dogs thrive, no matter where I’m headed.
